Having more GA (117) than GF (115) does not get you in the playoffs. Three wins in the last 10 games also does not do it. The offense is terrible. The PP has returned to it's black hole. The PP last night in the first period looked like paint drying ! Sl-o-o-w!
The Colorado PK could just stay in the middle and watch/wait for the CBJ to move around the perimeter - nothing going at, or to, the goal. Also no speed/quickness to the PP.
My gut tells me that Jarmo wants to wait until he gets people off the IR, hoping things will improve, before making a trade. Unfortunately that will probably be too late.

Jarmo needs to take Tort's advice: Safe is Death. Make a move. He can wait but at what cost, below the playoff line?
